These fluffy and thick pancakes of Russian origin are made from milk, flour and eggs. The preparation, slightly sweet and salty, is pan-fried for golden and melting cooking.

Blinis are traditionally served as an aperitif with an assortment of tapenades and taramas, smoked fish, salmon eggs or even foie gras.
